Our Mission
I am Anna Meservy, LCSW and founder of Resiliently Rooted bringing over a decade of experience working with trauma across many settings. Resiliently Rooted is dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services that blend traditional and innovative approaches, rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Polyvagal theory, trauma informed somatic therapies, and holistic wellness practices. Our mission is to support individuals in reconnecting with their inner space, facilitating lasting mental and physical empowerment and promoting overall wellbeing. Through individual and group therapy we treat pre-teens, teenagers and adults, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their emotional and mental health journey. Telehealth services are available. Resiliently Rooted also offers a variety of trainings, clinical supervision and consulting services.
